FAQs


1. How long are shipping times?

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 3-5 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

2. Do you ship the item to my country and what the shipping rates are?

We offer FREE international shipping.

 

3. What's your return policy?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you got any issues with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -.

Just tell us what went wrong via the contact form within 30 days of the order delivery, send along pictures, and we’ll get you a new one free of charge.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product (which is a maximum of 30 days).

Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.

So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply contact us via the contact form, and we’ll get you a new one.

You won’t be asked to ship the first product back to us.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.

However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just send us a message via the contact form and we’ll get you a new one.

 

7. Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Thus, they might arrive in different times because we have warehouses from different locations.

 

8. How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When items are shipped out, we will send a notification to your registered email address (usually after 3-5 days after your purchase).

The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, we will update the tracking information once it is available.

 

9. How do I track my order?

When your order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from contact@cookinta.com along with a link to track your package.

Please note that the e-mail could take up to 5 business days to be sent.

Once you receive the email, just click the tracking link and you'll be redirected to a page where you can track your package.

 

10. Why is my tracking number invalid?

The tracking information normally appears after 3-5 working days.

If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes:

- The shipping company has not yet updated the most recent delivery information on their website.

- The tracking code is wrong.

- The parcel has been delivered a long time ago.

- The shipping company has removed it from the tracking code history.

We suggest you contact our support team in those situations and we will provide you with a valid tracking number.

We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be informed once there is further information.
