Just tell us what went wrong via the contact form within 30 days of your purchase, send along pictures, and we’ll get you a new one free of charge or process a full refund..
Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
We do not offer exchanges. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
